Paul Frederick at Cool Spring Pressure Wash did my entire 2000 sq foot home in under an hour. The house still had many dirt streaks after drying.
He claims he made a trip out there when I wasn't home to inspect things, but I was not there and the house is still dirty.
After calling back many times, Paul finally picks up. He then proceeds to tell me to use cleaner and clean the spots that he missed.
What was the point in hiring this individual then?
The problem was that the house was done very fast and a ladder was not used for high areas, creating dirt run-down.
Many times Paul said my services are just a quick clean and if you want additional effort you should call someone else.
Anyone else see a problem with service of this nature?
