No answers to ANY of my profuse e-mails! Dickson Tennessee

1) Ordered a zipper foot for my sewing machine very early in June. Still had not received as of June 15th, began e-mailing almost daily to get status update. When I decided I really needed this part, I ordered from another vendor, received in 3 days. Tried to cancel original order from SewingStyle, and received NO answers, but they had already charged my credit card, on the 4th of June. Never heard back from them, but on July 12th, received the zipper foot. Unable to send it back (I don't need TWO of them!), as I can't get them to give me a return authorization, they don't answer e-mails, and no phone is listed. I can't just send it, as I will never see either the zipper foot or my money again.

2) As I am a forgiving (FOOLISH) soul, I thought I would give it a second chance, as these parts are very hard to come by, perhaps it was a fluke that I had so much trouble with order #1? Placed an order on the 20th of July for another sewing machine foot. Though my credit card was charged, I never received an update of my order. Ended up purchasing the item from another (reputable!) vendor, and am now in the futile process of trying to cancel the original order. Again, no response, etc... I have HAD IT.
