Sailer Sealcoating was hired in Sept. Of 08 to coat my driveway and my neighbor We share part of the driveway. Before started I said to Sailer that it was going to rain the next day but was informed that it wouldn't be a problem.in spring of 09 all of the coating washed or blew away down to the old blacktop.informed Sailer and he offered to return money or do it again. Both neighbor and I opted to have him do it again. He refused to come all summer and finally after much nagging he came out and did it again in the fall of 09.in spring of 10 it washed and blew away. Contacted Sailer and he again came out and said he wouldn't return money until product sales rep observed the driveway in person. Rep came out and said that the first application should not have been put down because it did rain the next day. Went on to say that the driveway needed to be pressure washed before second applicatioin went down. He went on to say that he was 99.9% sure that it was not a product problem but an applier problem. He was willing to provide Sailer with free product providing he pressure washes before applying product. Sailer has not respond to any of my calls. He has choosen to ignore me with the hopes that I just go away. I am out $225 and my neighbor $500. This black product has gotten all over my garage floor and into my house. I have had to pressure wash my gartage floor three times and have my carpets cleaned twice. His arrogance of of not being willing to deal with us is very frustrating.
