This is my 1st experience with being ripedoff from an online store...
I am posting my complaint against an online company that I ordered a bathroom vanity set from. Bath and Vanities now known as easeEmart.com
My order was canceled because they didn't make their delivery date. They told me that they would refund my money within 2 business days (back in early May) they never refunded my money. They used Paypal however; paypal could not help me because this was a special order and it took longer then 45 days. That was something new I learned.
This online store now has changed it name and has just started an online auction site called easeEmart.com. It use to be Bath & Vanities back in May.
I did a search on this online company before I purchased with them and I never found a complaint. Oh, how I had wished I would have learned about their bad business practices before purchasing from them.
