I placed an order online on 4/21 at Urbanhomestyle.com for a new sofa and loveseat. I was told the order would take about 6 weeks to be delivered. At 6 weeks I was told the manufacturer did not have the fabric (I ordered the pieces in a cotton twill - natural color). At weeks 8 and 10 I was told the same thing. It is now week 13, NO ONE will return my phone calls or e-mails. I had been dealing directly with "Suzi".
At week 12 she sent an e-mail to me that stated "Call Mr. Hargrove" and included two phone numbers. I had NO idea who Mr. Hargrove even was! One of the numbers was no good, the other I got his voicemail and left a message. When I did not receive a returned call that day, I called again the next and got a voice mail that indicated he would be on vacation until the 28th.
I have made repeated attempts to no avail to find out what the heck was going on. I can't get my messages returned, I can't get my emails returned. I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau on Tuesday, we'll see if they respond. Stay away from this company. As of right now, I'm out over $1800 - and NO FURNITURE!!!
