Ditto—
We have paid for 2 couches and have been trying to get someone to call us back - we even spoke to James Hargrove the owner who indicated he would check into it and get back to us (that was a week ago!) and now his cell indicates he is on vacation and you can't leave a message. I have spent the last 2 days researching this co. They were a brick and mortar in Archdale NC but moved last year to High Point Point. I don't know why they have other names (their phone answers as Furniture Resources) I gather they are Comfort Source dba Urbanhomestyle & ComfortSource online. They have a third address in NC in Winston Salem (which when viewed on the White Pages is a house!) When calling the Chamber in High Point they indicated there is no such business at the address given 2710 Westchester Rd.
I emailed one last time today - no response - they left me with no choice but to call the police dept in High Point. I am hoping they can go out to the addresses I have and find an answer for us. We will have to find antoher alternative now (but how long will that take! We already lost 11 weeks!) These are for a beach rental - we have lost money due to this business... It is too bad they just didn't return their calls - they appear to have been a good company at one time with great products and pricing - what a shame and shame on Mr Hargrove.
