I hired the company to remodel and add to my home. Gave them the deposite that was agreed on. Came out and removed trees and deck and concert.
No permints were pulled. A month or so went by and i called to ask if the blue prints were done.
I was told no they had some more things to add. That was the last i saw or spoke with them.
Next thing i hear he ws filling personnal bankruptcy. Court date was june 3.
Basily i and another man were told we are out of luck.
He was given 2 deposit total of $81,500.00
