I received half of my shipment 2 days before my 5/25/08 wedding. When I called wondering where the other half was, Nina stalled and stammered on the other end with some nonsense about my flowers being shipped directly from the farm in Florida. However OWF is based in Las Vegas and their website claims that they "see every flower that is shipped to our customer." I even quoted that back to her since it was right in front of me on the computer screen and Nina said "Well, I don't think it says that." Liars and theives. That so-called shipment from Florida never arrived (I'm sure it never was sent) and this business is such a sham that Nina couldn't even give me the name of the farm in FL or even the city. My mom and I had to make multiple stops at local flower shops to frantically come up with enough pink flowers. I almost had to resort to having fake flowers for my wedding reception!!! It was an absolute nightmare. I am normally a very laid back person, but I almost had a nervous breakdown because of these scam artists right before my wedding day. Ladies PLEASE don't use this company. I planned on spending the days before my wedding putting the final touches on months of planning - not turning into a nervous-wreck bridezilla because of these crooks who obviously love to ruin weddings. Don't they know better than to mess with the bride:) After numerous unreturned calls and letters we are disputing a refund for the missing shipment.
