I was contacted by a sales rep from Homes.com and was told that I could advertise my banner ad on their site for $89 per mo, after I paid a $500 set up fee (commission to sales rep?) I was taken to their site and shown that hundreds of homes were listed in my area so my ad would be seen by lots of people. After a few months, I noticed that the listings were no longer showing up, from hundreds down to just a few, so no one was seeing my banner ad. After several unreturned emails and phone calls, I sent an email to cancel my account. They took off my ad but kept charging my credit card, without my permission! Please beware of this company.
