1) Would not repair a simple toilet problem, small amount of water leaking through a seal. The plumber would not even show up!
2) Air conditioner - they stated they could not cover it because it was not properly maintained, but we had just moved in the house, therefore how could this even fall within our realm of repsonsibility? How could we properly maintain something we didn't even own yet?
They continue to deny claims based of fuzzy contractual terms, scamming you out of a $40 - $95 service charge each time. They have agreements with the service providers to help deny service requests and they will always be "out of the warranty" provisions.
I am filing a complaint with the BBB.
I highly recommend passing if you're offered a warranty from this company.
