March 29, I ordered 4 5-place settings for my niece's engagement. I paid through PayPal, using my credit card instead of my bank account. April 21, I sent an email, through their website, asking where my order was. The next day I received an email that indicated that orders are delivered 4-6 weeks after being placed.
All of a sudden, it was June 8, and neither my niece nor I have had any communication from the company about the order. I tried to go their website, which did not come up. I sent an email that was returned:
