Unlimited Climate Control installed the heat/air in our home last August (before we purchased the home). Our air conditioning has been broken for two months now because the man we have been dealing with (who is the owner and also personally installed the unit) Brad Cunningham, will not step up and do what needs to be doneto get it fixed under warranty. We have had three different appointments scheduled with this man to have him come out and look at our unit. My husband left work early for each of these appointments because Brad assured us he would be here. He never once showed up, and never called to say he wasn't coming. When we called him, all he said was that he was 'covered up' - he has yet to even apologize.
We finally gave up on getting him to fix it and have been trying to get documentation from him that shows when the unit was installed so we can get someone else to fix it under the warranty. We have been trying for several weeks to get this information, which he says that he has. He said he would mail it, but it never came. He said that he had his employee mail it, but it still never came. He said he would bring it by, but he never did. We offered to come get it, but he says he doesn't have an office open to the public. Mind you, this is when we can actually get him to answer the phone - he never returns messages or calls back when he says he will.
The whole ordeal has been a nightmare. My kids wake up with wet hair from sweating all night and now we are going to have to spend more money than we should have had to so we can get this fixed under warranty by someone else. This man and his company are bad news - save yourself a huge headache and deal with someone else!!!
