Takes your money and makes excuses about where your lights are

I recently moved to the Monroeville in March. I saw the Electra Lighting building on the highway, so I entered the store looking to purchase two light for my new house. The store didn't have alot of lights in it, so I was wondering what was going on. The sales person told me that they were in a transition period and they didn't get their new spring/summer lights in yet. Ok, good enough excuse for now.

I looked in a lighting book and found two lights that I liked. I ordered two lights and paid for them in full on 3/20/08. I was told that they would be here in 3-6 weeks. After 6 weeks I called and asked where my lights were. I was told that they would call me when they came in. I was not satisfied, so I asked to talk to the manager. I talked to Mike the owner/buyer in North Huntingdon and he said that they haven't received my lights yet and they will call me when they come in.

On 5/5/08 I got a call that my one light was in. I went to pick it up. It was in a used box that had another lighting fixture's picture on it. It looked like it was used or the one they had in the store, but I was just happy to have it, so my contractor put it up on 5/10.08. He said that the wires looked like it was used before. We'll see how long it lasts.

On 5/24/08 I called Electra Lighting in Monroeville to see where my other light was. I was told that I will get a call from the store when it comes in. I was not happy with that, so I called Mike the owner/buyer in North Huntingdon. He told me that my light was not it yet. I asked him where he ordered it from he told me he couldn't give me that information. I asked him when he ordered my light and he told me he couldn't tell me because the store was closing in 30 minutes. He told me that my light was on backorder. My contract with Electra Lighting states that I have to wait 6-16 weeks and then I can get a refund. Mike states that after 16 weeks I can get a refund. We'll see if that happens, or maybe he'll give me another light that I didn't order. I just have to wait, wait, wait.

I found the company who makes the light and I am in the process of finding out if it is on backorder and if he even placed my order. He took my money and my trust. He needs to have his stores closed. If anyone can help make this happen please let me know. He has been frauding customers for years now. How is he still in business taking money from people?
