Queen size mattress bought in January is total mishaped, the left edge is broken and not suitable for sleeping. Sleepy's claims this is normal

Sleepy's refuses to replace a severely defective mattress.
According to them this mattress fits within their standards of wear.
They offered to replace the boxspring to for $80 but the mattress should be replaced as well.
