My family purchased a home from Brighton Homes about two months ago. The sales staff was excellent. However after the sale the service took a nose dive. I called to report some warranty issues and 5 days later the Warranty manager called me. He was real quick to tell me some things would not be covered without looking at the items. He belched on the phone in my ear and did not even say excuse me. He was rude and tried to belittle me. He said he would come out the next day to look at the items we discussed. He arrived with no tools and no camera, and asked to come back the next day so I had to take another day off work. He arrived the next day with the wrong tools and no camera once again. I called and talked to the contact that was on the BBB website and said he would look into this and nothing has changed. Not all the items have been looked at they say they do not repair grout even thou the Sample warranty manual states this is a covered item. The Cabinet Company is now saying they need pictures of the items on the Cabinets that the Warranty Manager could not take since he did not bring his camera. I can not take off work for a company that has individuals that are unprofessional and do not know how to do there jobs. I asked for everything to be done in the evenings or weekends do to such an inconvenience caused by Brighton Homes hiring the wrong person for the job and causing such poor service. They can either pay the money to get the right person for the job or pay the extra money to fix the mistakes caused by such poor service from inexperience personnel. I would not purchase another Brighton Home and would not recommend one to anyone else.
