July 7 I agreed for Maggie Wasserman to promote and bring me buyers for my Timeshare located in the Resort of Bare Foot N the Keys at Old Town. Our agreement included a first payment by credit card of $399. An additional $300 would be owing upon sale of the Timeshare. Not one offer was submitted!
Unknowing, and being under a great deal of pressure to sell our Timeshare, I responded to a call from Mr. Kevin Hanlin, who was also a part of the sales team of Resales Buy Owner.com Inc. He too was very convincing that he could indeed bring us some offers in a timely fashon, and that we would indeed be surprised at the sales price. He fee for promoting our property was $300 with no additional fees required. They would pick up the fees until the property sold.
