Recentlly, I made a service appointmment for a 30,000 mile service for my Armada. When I got to the dealership no one wanted to get up off their chair to ask the question"how can I help you?" after 30 mins. An advisor asked me "have you been helped?", but he could not start my transaction because he was not my advisor so I would have to wait longer. I finally drove off because of frustration and long wait time (for a scheduled appointment). This is not the first time this service department has treated a customer this way, but it is my first time talking about it. I will never go back beacuse I honestly think they don't care.
