Bad customer service, disrespected me!!...
I bought a loveseat and a recliner from Levitz. When I bought this items I also purchased extended waranty that does not expire until 11/04. When that was purchsed I was told it covered what ever it was that would happen to my sofas. When I received my loveseat and opened the sofa I noticed a tear on the right hand side of it, wich I notified the manager in the Mesa location.
I also notified him I never received my recliner. Well when that manager called me back he not only called me a liar he said it was to bad for me, and that if I wanted all he could give me was my money for the insurance wich is $89.00. That all they could do is try to get someone to see my sofa, and fix it. Wich they never did.
I am very upset because this whole deal has been going on since 11. It is 2 years and all I have gotten is the run around. I cant take it any more I want my 500.00 back.
I hate them they have the nastiest people working there, totally rude. I will never shop there. Besides the fact that their prices are outrages. Please help me they have to me as a joke and I dont think that, that is right!!!
