This company took a deposit from me and never showed or even scheduled to do the job requested. I called many times after the date that they said the job would be started/completed by and the woman who answered the phone all the time would say she gave them the message. I scheduled this job in September and still have not recieved a settlement as of this date, April.
They BBB had been notified and I worked with the attorney general to no avail. They stated that they sent a crew out to do the job but did not have access to it. They had been hired to replace a flat roof on the OUTSIDE of a building. A roofing company should own a ladder, so how did they not have access to the roof? This was the excuse William Eaton gave the Attorney General and I was told there was nothing more I could do about it through their office.
This company goes by many names, has many phone numbers and has scammed many people just like me. Why is nothing done about this? The person who does the estimates is Bob Carbone and he is just as guilty for his lies and taking my deposit with no intention of ever doing the job.
