Purchased Nicer Dicers from the Dental Store via their ad on Google. Received. Items were not genuine Nicer Dicers. Quality was different. I had an original and it was easy to see the difference. Nothing on the item had the brand name of "Genius" on it, not did the included manual/recipe book. Contacted about return. Difficult to reach for this. Finally received an email saying I could return and they would pay shipping back. Returned. Signed for on December 24th. As of today, April 5, no refund has been processed by the Super Dental Store. I have called over 45 times, sometimes twice a day. No one calls back. I have called the returns person, Max. He doesn't return calls either. Google is also looking into this as I have filed a complaint with them and also my credit card company. Now is it just a matter of principal for me.
