My experience is the same as another report here on the site. Also found the same experiences with the Houston Better Business Burea, Yellowpages, etc. I too had a free soil analysis. I was told I had a special type of fungus. I was led to believe they would provide 5 trips out for $107 (assumed that was a yearly service). About 3 months later they (Dennis - always Dennis), called back and said the fungus was 100% cleared up, but my soil needed something (forget what now) and another $107. About a month later he called and said I had grubworms which I said I would take care of myself (he wanted $125 for that treatment).
Finally in January he called again and said he needed another $107 for 5 treatments (always a spray) that would include pest, fungus, fertilizer, and weed control) At the end of 2 weeks after picking up my check and the weeds were looking healthier than ever, I called and they said they would re-treat at no charge (lucky me). The following week a note left saying they had re-treated. Two weeks later, I had more weeds than I've ever had and the yard looked no different than when I treated it myself. Actually much worse.
I called, (never an answer, only a voice mail machine) advised Dennis that because they couldn't even kill weeds, I couldn't believe that anything was in their spray (not even sure if they ever showed up), and because of that, I wanted a refund. No return call, no refund and I've left the same message at least weekly for the past month. This is a fraudulent operation and should be stopped before more people end up spending hundreds like I did for nothing.
