William V Szucs - North Shore Creations
William Szutcz is a phony contractor, thief, useless carpenter and big liar, stealing money from customers. Floral Park New York

His name is William V Szucs, the name of his fake construction company: North shore creations. He pretends to be an experienced carpenter running his own business. He gives you his business card (of which no phone is longer valid, no web adress, all info is fake).
He claims that his phone # will be reactivated and using his friends phone for few days.

I hired him to do exterior framing on a brand new construction home. He was kind at the beginning, took the downpayment and then barely showing up at work. He delayed the project for about 4 weeks, sending one spanish helper doing the work and himself never show up again. He missed very important appointments with the owner of the house and his clients too.

Anything he touched was a disaster. He could not perform the job correctly, based on the architects plan.
The owner was crying and was so sad and desperate after few weeks of work. He was losing sleep worried about the project. He already had paid William Szucs $9,500 and got nothing in return. All the work was done wrong, wrong material/lumber ordered... Wrong installation of exterior and interior studs, walls, subfloor etc...
I observed William V Szucs every day, he could not perform the job. Very lazy... Working 10 minutes and then leave, comming very late at work... Leaving very early in the day.

You could easily see that anything installed in the house looked so wrong. The plywood in the floor was getting wet from the rain and was no more flat and straight... Exterior walls were not straight and not based on the architectural plans...

When the architect observed the job he urged the owner to stop the job. He should stop this useless carpenter right away. But the monie paid to William V Szucs was gone. The new controctor hired aftewards had to start all fresh and demolish what Willima V Szucs did for the last 5 weeks.

If you wanna prove my article wrong do so by hiring Northshorecreations, a company that does not exist but his "president" William V Scucs is still around trying to steal a job or two, trying to rip off people like me, my neighboor... Too.
