He does poor work and does not return calls when you have a problem. I have called him over 10 times and text messaged him as many times.
The shower pan he installed that leaked so much that the tiles around it fell off and the floor tiles came unglued. It cost me $2400 to have his crap repaired. The drainpipe was cut too short and the pan became slanted because he did not properly brace it underneath.
He claims to be in tight with all of the people at Brooklyn Hardware in Los Angeles and that is why I hired him to do a $9,000 job.
I went into Brooklyn Hardware and told the cashier about this mess. She said he has gotten a couple of complaints before but since he a friend of a manager the cards stay up.
