Be careful if you choose this home builder. Our experience has been nightmarish. It took forever (including 7 close dates) to get the home done, now we have several problems that have cropped up in addition to work that was never completed.
Stuff like a leaky roof, incomplete landscaping, the wrong flooring installed (after we paid for upgraded flooring) and to cap it off, they aren't paying their fired subcontractors and now the same contractors are filing liens against us.
Mackenzie only ignores us—they are making no progress or effort to make things right. We have been fighting with them for a year now—first to get the house done, now to get the house fixed. We are not alone! Please beware before buying from these people! Run, run screaming in the opposite direction & pick another builder!
