I too fell victim of AC's Dream Team. On June 15th I gave Adam a check for $1500 as down payment to build a fence. Late in September, he did tare down my old fence (much of it had already fallen down), and hauled it to the curb for the city to take away. That's all of the work I got.
I have contacted him several times between June 15th and the present, and always got an excuse.in December he promised me a refund by the end of January. I have still not gotten anything. I did file a report with the BBB, and in his reply said that he would get me a refund by the end of March. This is how it's been for the last 9 months. He keeps pushing back the date of any action.
Adam, if you give me a full refund by 2/29/08, I will be happy to file a follow-up report. I will not, however, retract any part of the above statement, as it is all simple fact.
