As you know, we all need to be carefull when hiring a construction contractor. Adam Charles and April Davis of AC's Dream Team Construction or AC's Home remodeling or other names they use is a company that is running around Texas getting down payments from consumers and running. I hired Adam Charles in October to rehab a single-family home for me. I gave him a check for $9,750 and he never did the work or bought materials, just gave me excusses. Sense October of this year he has done the same to 6 other home owners and 3 other investors. Please do not trust or use these people.including myself and other people, he has stolen over $39,000.
