Moala Concrete
T. Moala Concrete, Retaining Wall, Grading, Demolition, Hauling, Rock Work, Driveway

We hired T. Moala to replace our driveway, build a concrete wall and courtyard with stonework trim. We hired him in April and our contract said he would finish the work in one month. It is now Jan and he has not worked on the project since October. He worked very quickly at first and before we knew it we had paid him over $50,000, which is about 90% of the contract. Then he quit working untill we hired a lawyer, then he promised to finish the work but he said he underestimated the cost so we kept buying materials for him to work with. He only sent someone out about once every 2 weeks, allways saying someone died in his family or he was sick, ect.

I have driven around my neighborhood and found other jobs he had worked on, he has done the same thing to them. Do not hire him, his workers say he never finishes a job.
