I hired roy bocanegra to pour concrete the work was so bad I had to replace it, he then stole from me and I had to file a police report for stealing checks and cashing them. The detective told me to keep him at bay because they
know him and his crew are responsable for another theft... Do not hire this person because he will ripp you off... I will need to testify against him very soon, but he knows nothing of this.
