H2O Pools - Rick Guerra-Prats II
Stolen Money Rick stopped servicing the pool two months into a six months contract. He would not return a single phone call

My story is very similar to Amy's tory: http://usacomplaints.com/reports/0/298/RipOff0298147.htm.

I paid for a six months service contract to take advantage of the discount. October and part of November, service was okay, but starting December, the number of visits dropped and now, January, I had only a single visit even we paid for two visits per week.
I left numerous vmail on his cellphone and office number and never received a call back.

I will be cross posting my review on Kingwood's yard sales web site to make sure that more people are aware of H2O pools services and stay away from them.
