Barbara, Rick, & Richard Benner are con artists that manipulate the system in order to maximize profits and cheat you out of what you have paid for. Thankfully, we fired them before they made a total disaster out of our back yard. We had to finish the job ourselves because they were convinced that laying a patio deck that covered up weep holes of our home was acceptable. These folks are clueless about construction and construction codes. They will lie under oath to save their ass. We went to arbitration with them and WON a judgement against them. We will admit that Rick is the most honest out of the bunch. At least he won't lie under oath. When questioned about what he promised to deliver during arbitration, he openly admitted, "I don't know... I was just trying to sell a pool." As for the parents, they are scum bags... They look, behave, and conduct themselves accordingly. We bought the pool from Rick... Had we had the "displeasure" of meeting mom & dad prior to signing a contract... We would have NEVER signed with them. They have opened up shop as Beachwater Pools. Learn from our mistake. If Dick Sr., Barbara, or Rick Jr, try to build you a pool, mow your lawn, or clean your toilet... You will NOT get what you pay for.
