I paid in full (their requirement) for a leather office chair last January (07). After waiting many months I started contacting them repeatedly (and always got the run-around about when it would be delivered... It was always on 'the next container'...)
My phone calls were never returned and no effort made to make financial amends. I'd bought a lot of furniture in previous years from this company, so I realized something was up (especially when they 'moved' to the Bronx.)
So now it seems they are out of business (phone disconnected) and I got ripped off.
What goes around, comes around...
