I placed a deposit on a sofa with Nuovo Melodrom in May just a month before they lost their lease on Greene Street in NYC and moved to their warehouse in the Bronx. Delivery was 10-12 weeks. Needless to say, August and September came around and still no couch with the excuse that there was a backlog at the factory in Italy. Still 5 months later the couch is still behind schedule on account of the rising Euro. It seems now their phone has been been "temporarily" disconnected for 3 weeks now. Shame on these people for leading so many people on and stealing their money. They should face criminal charges.
