Same as many reports I have read on this website... Bought a new couch on 3/25 and paid 50% of it (it costs around usd 5,000 in total)... The telephone number sometimes works... Sometimes is disconnected and the couch seems alway to be on the next container... Thank God I was able to get my money back from the credit card!!
