Do not waste your money paying these "marketing costs". Once they receive marketing payment, they have been paid. The sales pitch is we dont get paid until the timeshare sells. What the upfront fee is is a marketing fee. This is total bullsh*t. It is there fee for typing up 3 pages of information and listing them on a website that no one knows about other than people that are trying to sell their timeshare and have wasted... I mean listed with them.
