From the get go, my phone calls were never returned until 2-4 days later with excuses that did not makes sense. Was supposed to close on property Oct. 31st but was never contacted by Kara to meet for signing. Two days later, she said the seller had a judgment on property and that is why the delay. The following Monday, Kara said the delay was FHA re-structuring. She is a fast talker, throwing out a lot of rehashed excuses. Monday, the 19th of Nov., she said my file is updated now that the title company had to do a credit check again before closing but with the Thanksgiving holidays, they would be dragging the title company would be dragging their feet to get a closing date. Tuesday, the 27th of Nov., I get in touch with her to press for a closing date, Kara now says the title company is moving Thursday, Friday and Saturday and she will be helpiing them move! I call all day from 9 am to 8 P.M. Monday, Dec. 3rd and each time the person working there says Kara is with a customer. Never returned my call until I sent an e-mail to Kara stating my disgust at her work ethics and and to get a closing date before the 15th (daughter was moving) and will not move twice. A few minutes later she send me a letter via e-mail stating that becasue I was disatisfied with the loan progress' that it would be in the best interest to sever the loan agreement, returning my money. She never took responsibility that I was disatisfied with her laziness and work ethics not the mortgage, title comapny, etc. She knew she was not doing her job and she quickly found a way out by laying the excuse that they never put an customer in a home who is not satisfied. I called her competitor and told them what had happened. They said it sounds like she never did any of the work in a timely manner and wanted to sever the loan agreement before she was found out.
