This review is a testament to Hearthside Distributers customer service: I contacted Hearthside after getting absolutely no help from Monessen. It took Monessen 3 months to answer an email!
I contacted Hearthside Distributors customer service and was assigned to Kara Easterday. Kara was superb! She immediately responded to emails and tried her best to get a resolution with Monessen. Through a tough 4 week period Kara worked with Monessen to warranty replace my log heater which had been out of commission (well under warranty) for over 4 months by then. Without Kara's perseverance this would have lasted another 3 months. Thank you Kara and Hearthside!!!
