Mark Bosworth and Associates, like any real estate, property management has unhappy clients for a variety of reasons or misunderstandings. Reality is that they are a True Rip Off. I was absolutely lied to about the values and condition of homes purchased. Marketed with $40,000 and $20,000 supposed equity that was after the fact proven not accurate. When I asked them to sell property (that supposedy had 40k immediate equity) a short while after, the sale they proposed would have had me lose more than 15k beyond the 40k. Do the math.
The nightmare continues as I was unable to get the keys for the home without a long fight. No copies for contracts as requested, no explanation for excessive charges and lack of pay on rentals. No free months management as promised, etc.
While under their management, When the tenant they placed in the home sent bad check and broke the lease, they did nothing. They had terrible service during entire time with them and I sent emails. Letters, and even certified letters that were not answered until after a year when authorities were contacted.
There are so many ways that they were unprofessional and harmful that I do not have the time here. On another person's complaint they say there is another side of story. I give permission, I would love to hear your answer. So far nothing.
