ON 9/7/07 i called on a add i saw in the local paper selling hot tubs that valued at 8,000 for sale for 4,000. I went to his home at the address listed above and picked items for my tub out of his brouchers and paid him for it. He assured me that every one he had done business with had a pleasent experence and wanted me to refer him to my friends and family.
Well after the 2 week delivery promise still no tub and very seldum answered calls, he finally said that it was the maufacture that had made a mistake on the panneling and that it whould be another week before i got it. This went on for 3 more weeks of his storys and kept saying"next weekend" finaly fed up with is lies i started to research this man online and found some disturbing reports of people who were going through the same thing with this conartest.
Aswell as several complaints that had been filed with the better business breau. Also found out that he was released from jail the night before i bought my tub, he did dot post a bond it was time served so i assumed he did not have money to do that, this man has a lengthly rap sheet with the lee county sherrifs dept of falure to pay child support which says alot for a mans reputation in its self.
Still giveing him the benifit of the doubt i gave him one more week to deliver and of course no answer on his phone like always, today i will be filing grand theft charges and haveing my attourney file a small claim against him. I cant wait to see him in court!
I hope that some one will read this report and decide to business with a honest spa comany it will be worth the extra coupe hundred you spend to insure you dont get ripped of by this con man as well. Messege to randy: your a con man and i will get my money back 4300 is alot to lose and alot to gain considering you owe a lot of money in child support you loser, you may have coned people in the past but i assure you have messed with the wrong person, my attourney has picked up the case and plans to rip you a new a*hole in court. I will get my hot tub or my money one way or another if i have to have some one take it out your ass. And yes that is a promise. See you in court a* hole!!!
