I entered into a contract with Carl Pileggi to do work on my house. He was very attentive and prompt to return phone calls... Until he got my money!!! I gave him a down payment for materials and I never got a phone call from him again. He sent a few lame emails explaining why the project was not getting done. He went as far as to have his wife email me and tell me he was in the hospital for migraine headaches. Ironically, the day she sent me the email saying he was still in the hospital, I saw him driving his car that very same evening! As of today, I have still not gotten my money back from him. Consumer beware!!!
