My husband and I purchased over $1200 worth of furniture from Leath Furniture in June. We have had an issue with our couch and I thought I'd better look up our warranty (a divit in the arm. Feels like CARDBOARD under the fabric! And a SPRING pushing out the fabric of the back of the couch!) We spent around $150 on the extended warranty. Shortly after we purchased the couches it was advertised that the local store was closing but we didn't realize until just now the whole company was out of business. What a ripoff!
