I purchased a cuddle bed pad for daughter birthday. Of course I got wrong size. Purchased a full but need a Queen size, but package contained a TWIN. Because I removed it from the Zippered bag, I couldnt get exchange, refund. Manager (Yolanda) said I put it on the bed, told her no I didnt, but she kept saying I did (basicly calling me a Liar). Told her there was a TWIN in this Full size labeled package. O'well was her attitude, then said It smelled like SMOKE! Of course I said "WHAT". I dont even smoke!!! Needless to say, I got nowhere and I left with something I cant use! I will NEVER set foot in there again, and will be sure to let everyone I know about what happened. They obviously hire people with no managerial Skills or customer relation training. I'm mad!!!
