I retained services of National Movers. They showed up late, required CASH UPFRONT. I paid for 4 guys an hour, I wound up with 2 guys an hour for the most part, but I had already paid CASH UPFRONT. They do not answer the phone, when they call you your phone will say "ID BLOCKED". They promised a second truck but obviously they could only rent one. The other truck they had was also a rental. The day laborers carry no tools, and are young students, who are nice but clueless.
The next day we rented a UHAUL and packed it full with everything National Movers could not move in 10 hours the day before. Also, they broke stuff, and bed leg parts have gone astray. The dispatcher is rude, yelling and claiming things that did not happen.
Honesty is not their policy.
Then, when I posted to Craigslist, the bad experience I had, they threatened me. They also threatened others who posted their bad experiences.
