Guardian delivered my furniture, originally ordered from a company in Los Angeles. Every enigle peice of the furniture was damaged. I refused the shipment and the driver and the delivery personnel apologized profusely for the inconvenience. (I had to take a day off for this). This was on July 27th, today is August 20th, and to this day, I ahve not heard from anyone regarding the status of my furniture. I have called and lefet messages at least 12 times with 3 different people in the front office with no response.
These people are anti - customer service and please do not do business with them. The next phone call they are going to get is from my lawyer.
By the way I am out more tah $5000 for the furniture that I never received, Go figure. I wil fight this!!! You watch you scumbags!
