Defective Product, Warranty Denial, Poor Customer Service

Spent a year trying to get my defective flooring replaced.
The decorative laminate in the bevelled edges is showing the green composite board through it. Some of the planks are separeted as well. It has also chipped in a few places.

Was denied by manufacturer (so they say) to replace flooring because they claim it is due to my "local environment". They will not tell me who they dealt with or who the manufacturer is and I no longer have the boxes. Recieved a copy of a letter from a person who signed their name illegibly with out printing there name and I am not permitted to know who actually wrote the denial letter.

I have written the Better Business Bureau, State Attorneys office and the Department of Agriculture, Customer Protection at 1-800-Help-Fla, which I am recommending anyone with an issue with this company to do the same.

I just filed a complaint with them and waiting for a response.
No resolution so far. Please respond if you would like full details of what happend. It is too long of a story to type here.

Basically they are liars, no one is responsible, they dont care if you cry or have a true problem and their warranty is vague and they dont even carry it out until the manufacturers warranty is up. So in the end, no one is responsible.
