I have a frigidaire refrigerator that will bee 1 year old this June. This refrigerator for the last 2 months has been repaired not working with cold air.
Not even 3 weeks today, i am sitting with a refrigerator again totally broken.
I have contacted this company a number of times in dire need, that i am doing without a refrigerator, food gone bad because defrosted no cold air, food being disbersed to family members to hold for me. I have explained this to their so called customer service people and supervisor, and all i get is we have to wait for paperwork.
I have said please this is a horrid situation all i want is a replacement, for this lemon i had purchased! And all i hear is paper work. I would like to see them in my shoes! All i want is a replacement and cannot even get it. This company is awfull!!!
