My name is Dominique, a resident of New york for most of my life.in a search of protecting my children my husband and I went pennsylvania to build a new house in a quiet area and plenty of space for our boys.
The property is in Sierra View TWP. Effort, PA. Which should have been completed since July 10. And 10 months later it is not yet finish. Because of this, my husband and I have lost a lot of money, the construction loan company wants to foreclosed on this loan because we have done 2 60days extension each. We now have to pay the bank over $10,000 dollars for a 3rd extention because the builder is refusing to finish the house, and we don't know why?
At this time I don't know what else to do that will make them finsish the house, they have already collected most of the money from our bank.
I have an attorney which is not doing anything to help us, and we paid him to help us. I have file complaint with BBB and I am in the process of contacting the attorney general.
