Charlie Fusco with Barrier Reef pools is running from state line to state line doing shoddy work. Blaming all his mistakes on everyone but himself. A promise to swim in your pool in two weeks or less, YEA RIGHT. Might be six months if you are lucky. Like the other report this one comes from two hours away. If there is ever a scam artist, liar that needs to be run out of town, Charlie is that man.
