I closed with Whittaker on October. We were informed it'd consider 8 weeks to accomplish following the piece was put. It got them 8 weeks simply to begin. They charged us to get a wide range of load without informing people the price before it had been shipped. (We'd requested them for 4 weeks to let's understand what the price could be for additional load.) Whenever we requested for that initial statement in the load organization, they declined to provide it to us. The trusses were shipped without having to be lined. These were set up dark with mildewed. We attempted to get hold of the contractor through the salesperson, the on-site boss, the primary workplace and return-receipt certified notice. We never got an answer. We ultimately shifted into our home in March 10. We're still awaiting repairs to be achieved about the home in the impact list. We've no extension joints within our added concrete garage, a damaged tile within the toilet, a sizable pit underneath our storage side-door, two outside spigots which make a continuing noisy audio if you use them, pockets within our plastic floor, a bath that doesn't drain correctly and hardwood within the home which was completed improperly. I'd not suggest this contractor to anybody. I've constructed 2 additional homes and not undergone the possible lack of conversation or even the quantity of issues I experienced with this specific contractor!!!
