I purchased and had installed a series 9000 gage door from Carr's overhead door in exeter, r.I.in februrary 2008. Sincne this installlation, we have had nothing but problems. The tracks are not lined up and bent in at least one area. The door makes loud thumping noises when opening and closing. The garage door opener has already blown out 1 set of gears and has damaged the second. The people at Carr's have been extremely rude and impossible to deal with. We know of no other wayne dalton distibutor in the area. W have contacted the Rhode Island attorney General. They advised us to contact you. If no response from you we will contact local consumer advocates as well as possibly an attorney. We are an older couple and feel as though we are being taken advantage of.
