I bought two recliners, was told it would take 3 weeks to deliver, I changed my mind, decided I didnt want to wait that long, I returned them, the salesman initially told us that we could return them and get our money back right away, instead as it turns out we would have to wait 7-10 days, 7-10 days came and went, when I called them, they said the reimbursement had not been processed, would be processed that thursday, then cut friday, be sent via courrier to their store where I could pick it up Monday, on monday morning I was told that the check had been sent to my home instead and that the accountant physically handed it to the postman, several days went by and I have not received my reimbursement, I have called them back and they said they will cut me another check but it will not be ready again for a few days! I insisted that they cut the check and I would pick it up, we will see if it is there when I get there. The worst part about all of this is the very bad customer service I recieved, every time I would call, no one knew what was going on or tried to resolve the issue, if it wasn't for the fact that I called every day, nothing would get done, and I have yet to see if I will be receiving my money. Don't buy anything cash from these guys, they will make it hell if you try to get your money back.
